From the most tipical in the area of the Yonne, exposed full south, Irancy wine area has a long story, created by the monk in 11th century in the cirque and the dale around Irancy, it remains the star of Yonne Red Wine.

100% Black Pinot - No Cesar.
VINIFICATION - AGEING
Manual wine-harvest, 50% destalking, Maceration with punching of the cap into extract the color and preserve the fruit, Maturing in old tank.
WINE TASTING
With a dark ruby color, it's a supple and rih wine with a beautifull sucker taste, which offer black pinot aroma, and little red fruit almost cherry aroma.
SERVICE
Relish between 15°C and 17°C, at room temperature. Drink nown or in 3, and 5 years.
Accompagnied with delicacy white or red meat and game with feather.
