Lost Time
A native of Morvan and a trained oenologist, Clotilde Davenne has been making wine in Chablis since 1989. In 2005, she established her own estate in Préhy: Les Temps Perdus. Her philosophy is simple — nothing between the terroir and the glass.

A fresh and delicate Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of passion fruit, lychee and grapefruit, enhanced by floral notes of acacia. The elegant balance between delicacy and livacity makes it a wine for immediate enjoyment. Perfect with goat cheese or sea bream ceviche. Kimmeridgian soil.
