Tasting Very elegant wine, fruit flavors of Sauvignon and complexity of the mineral soil at a time. In the mouth the wine is powerful as an old vine, with lots of fruit and length.
Garde Gourmandise in youth, this wine ages wonderfully 5 to 10 years.
Guide Hachette des vins Un saint-bris très bien structuré, complexe, harmonieux, puissant et « salivant ». Derrière un nez minéral et crayeux, la douceur des agrumes (pamplemousse, orange) et de la pêche de vigne est soulignée par un trait de minéralité. Un vin délicieux.
