In 2025, Clotilde and her team invite you to a sparkling year, punctuated by 20 unique events to mark this important milestone. 20 unique occasions to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Domaine, and 40 years of winemaking and passion for wine by this Chablisienne by heart and by adoption.
The diary below is updated as events unfold: please consult it regularly and check back throughout the year. Past events are listed at the bottom of the page.
You're invited to the most prestigious event of the anniversary year: the gastronomic wine and food pairing dinner, which we've devised with Gaëtan Quillin, a talented young restaurateur who is launching his own event and catering business.
The dinner program will feature 6 food and wine pairings, accompanied by rare cuvées from the house, specially selected from our cellar for the event. Bring your friends and family.
Chablis's brand-new, large multi-cultural hall, “le Kimméridgien”, has just opened its doors.
All you have to do is register online before June 12.
Profits from the evening will be donated to the AIF association (Association Ichtyose France.)

Closing ceremony for the year 2025, with a charity auction.
Clotilde and Olivier Vidal, chocolatier Meilleur Ouvrier de France, launched their “Delicious Duo”.
For the pairing with Clotilde's Crémant Grand Millésime Anniversaire, Olivier chose to create a small bite of vanilla madeleine, balancing sweetness without too much sugar, with the flavor of half-milk, half-dark chocolate and candied cherry.
2 signatures for a “delicious duo” to be (re)discovered at all our events. Many of you enjoyed it at the launch party at the “La Boussole” wine bar.
Twice a year, the Cité's afterwork sessions honor a talented woman winemaker. This year, the Cité invites you to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Climats de Bourgogne UNESCO label and the 50th anniversary of the Crémant de Bourgogne appellation in an exceptional setting. What better way to celebrate the Domaine's 20th anniversary than with a tasting of Clotilde's Grand Crémant Millésime Anniversaire?
A wonderful moment of sharing in a prestigious setting where the sun was shining, so thank you all for coming!
Every year, the “Fleurs de vigne” festival honors the appellations of the Yonne region: from Chablis to Côte d'Auxerre appellations such as Irancy, Saint-Bris, Bourgogne-Côtes d'Auxerre and more.
